The ICF LEVEL 1 Certification Track leads you to the ICF ACC designation. This track covers all of the mandatory components to become an accredited ICF ACC Coach, and also certifies you as a FLOW Certified Coach or Flow Certified Business Coach depending on the path you choose.

Whether you choose Core Foundations (Modules 1-5) or Business Coaching (Modules 1-5) training, you will press the accelerator button towards becoming an ICF ACC credentialed coach with the inclusion of SELF-PACED individual mentoring sessions and successful passing of oral performance evaluation at the ACC level executed by FLOW Coaching Institute assessors.

Respected PCC and MCC coaches with 15+ years of experience in the industry will instruct and mentor you on a wide range of FLOW professional coaching tools, strategies, processes, and methodologies so that you can adapt your coaching to various client profiles, work, and culture scenarios.
